Wow, we’re finally at the end of an...interesting...year (to say the least). As we wrap up and head toward Winter Break, many can find it difficult to stay focused and motivated. And guess what? We get it. 

That’s why we’re here. While you’re toughing it out the next week, counting down the minutes until you can log off of Zoom, here are some ways to get through it:

  • Give yourself rewards: Made it through another long day? Congrats! Reward yourself with some screen time, your favorite game, or a nice walk outside.

  • Manage Anxiety: Have you tried yoga? Or meditation? These techniques can help manage stress and anxiety.

  • Start a routine: Routines help manage time, work, and stress. 

  • Link Up with Friends: Safely, and COVID-friendly of course! A Netflix Watch Party or a Zoom party can relieve stress and add some fun to your day.

  • Remember the value of your work: It’s simple: Your hard work pays off. 

  • STAY POSITIVE: You’re almost there (and almost to 2021!)
